Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the goods purchased from kava.eu do not meet your expectations, you can return them within the legal period and we will refund your payment according to the terms below.

1) Right of Withdrawal (Distance Purchase)

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods (without giving any reason).
  • To exercise this right, please send a clear statement of withdrawal by e-mail or post.
  • After withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days from sending the withdrawal notice.

Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@kava.eu (or by post) – include the order number, purchase date and items you wish to return.
  2. Pack the goods safely.
  3. Attach the completed withdrawal form.
  4. Send by courier to: Xcoffee s.r.o., Machalovce 287, 05913 Jánovce, Slovakia.

2) Goods that cannot be returned

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g. opened coffee bags, capsules, ground coffee).
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications.

Unopened and undamaged packages may be returned; opened ones cannot be returned.

3) Return costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

4) Refund

  • The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of shipment.
  • The money will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
